Outdoor Sauna Manufacturer

Factory-direct outdoor sauna production for distributors, private-label brands, hospitality projects, builders, and specialist retailers.

CSauna uses model pages as the starting point for discussion. Our design and production team then confirms the parts that change the build: exterior size, wood direction, heater route, glass, roof, bench layout, electrical requirements, packing, documents, and destination-market notes.

The public catalog contains visual references rather than a promise that every specification is fixed. Final production details are recorded in the approved drawing and order file.

Material decisions come before the final drawing

Wood selection affects appearance, outdoor exposure, maintenance, packing protection and price. CSauna’s material library currently shows red cedar, thermo hemlock, hemlock, thermo pine, pine, hinoki, Japanese cedar and rustic cedar.

For a real quotation, our team records:

  • species and intended use;
  • origin or import evidence requested by the buyer;
  • grade and acceptable knots;
  • interior and exterior finish;
  • board tone or sample-photo approval;
  • outdoor protection and maintenance direction;
  • document requirements for the destination market.

Red cedar and hemlock evidence is available through the Materials and Accessories library. Document availability should be checked against the quoted material batch rather than assumed from a general product description.

Heater and electrical scope is confirmed by market

An outdoor sauna page should not imply that one heater package works in every country. Heater selection depends on room volume, insulation, climate, intended use and local electrical requirements.

Before production, the buyer and CSauna confirm:

  • electric heater, wood-burning stove or another approved heat route;
  • heater brand and model when specified;
  • kW range and room-volume basis;
  • voltage, phase and frequency;
  • controller, sensor, stones and guard;
  • cable route and responsibility boundary;
  • label, manual and certificate scope;
  • local electrician or installer requirements.

Electrical compliance applies to the exact component package and destination. Certificate questions should be written into the RFQ and checked before the order is approved.

Custom design and private-label options

Our design department can work from an existing model, a reference image, a target footprint or a buyer drawing. A custom request normally needs more than a preferred exterior style.

The design brief should identify:

  • target width, depth and height;
  • expected user capacity;
  • door and window positions;
  • bench arrangement and access space;
  • heater location and safe clearances;
  • roof and weather-exposure direction;
  • interior and exterior wood or finish;
  • lighting, hardware and accessory requirements;
  • logo, labels, cartons and manual language;
  • packing, unloading and installation constraints.

The drawing is not locked until these decisions are recorded. Dimensions shown on a reference model remain provisional until the buyer approves the production drawing.

Factory, quality and packing evidence

Buyers can review CSauna’s Factory Tour for workshop and production context. For an individual order, the evidence plan should be written into the quotation or inspection file.

Woodworking machinery used for sauna component preparation

Depending on the agreed scope, the buyer may request:

  • material and finish photos;
  • panel or component labels;
  • assembly checkpoints;
  • heater and controller package photos;
  • glass and hardware protection;
  • packing photos and crate marks;
  • carton, CBM and loading information;
  • manuals, labels and selected compliance documents;
  • spare-parts list and after-sales contact record.

Packing method, container quantity, production time, transit estimate, warranty and payment terms vary by product and order. They should appear in the current quotation or contract instead of being treated as fixed website promises.

Outdoor sauna manufacturer questions

Can buyers start with one catalog model?

Yes. A catalog model can be used as the visual and structural starting point. The final quote still needs the buyer’s market, capacity, materials, heater, packing and document requirements.

Are custom dimensions available?

Custom dimensions can be reviewed by the design department. Feasibility depends on structure, glass, heater clearance, packing, transport and installation access. The approved drawing controls production.

How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?

MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the selected model and customization scope. Sample orders, standard models and private-label production may have different requirements.

Does every model use the same certificates?

No. Certificate scope depends on the heater, controller, electrical components, material documents and destination market. Buyers should request the exact files needed for the quoted configuration.

Can buyers review the factory before ordering?

The Factory Tour provides public workshop and production evidence. Buyers can contact the team to discuss additional factory review or order-specific inspection needs.
