CSauna factory tour

Workshop, materials, assembly, and finished rooms.

Our factory tour follows the normal order flow: wood comes in, parts are prepared, rooms are assembled, details are checked, and finished sections are packed for shipment.

Factory proof for B2B buyers

Use the factory tour to check the order path, not just the workshop photos.

A useful factory page should help buyers verify material preparation, room assembly, QC, packing, documents, and shipment handover before choosing a sauna supplier.

Material and parts preparation

  • Wood species, surface finish, visible color, wall/bench parts, and outdoor exposure should match the approved model direction.
  • Prepared sections should be traceable to the selected sauna family, capacity, door, glass, roof, and heater plan.

Assembly and pre-shipment review

  • Factory review should cover exterior fit, interior benches, glass and door direction, heater zone, accessories, labels, and manuals.
  • Photos should be requested before release when the buyer needs project approval or distributor handover evidence.

Packing and loading evidence

  • Crate or carton count, CBM, gross weight, spare-parts location, manuals, labels, and loading notes should connect to the order record.
  • For repeat supply, packing evidence helps compare sample orders, first containers, and later reorder batches.

Factory workflow

How a room moves through the workshop.

The exact steps change by model. For a cabin, the team spends more time on panels, roof parts, glass, and door movement. For a barrel room, the curved wall and bench fitting matter more. In both cases, the order notes stay with the room from wood preparation to packing.

Step 01

Material preparation

Wood is sorted, cut, profiled, and sanded for the selected model and finish direction.

Step 02

Room assembly

Panels, frames, benches, glass, doors, roof parts, and heater areas are fitted together.

Step 03

Detail check

Visible surfaces, door movement, interior fittings, trim, accessories, and packing items are checked before handover.

Step 04

Packing

Room sections, cartons, labels, accessories, and order notes are prepared for shipment.

What stays with the order: model name, size, wood direction, heater or voltage notes, glass and door notes, accessory list, label requirements, and packing photos when they are needed.
