About CSauna
CSauna is the sauna brand of Ganzhou Jixiao Home Technology Co., Ltd. Our work is practical: we turn wood, glass, heater space, benches, roof details, and packing requirements into sauna rooms that can be produced, shipped, installed, and used.
Most conversations start with a model, a target size, a wood direction, and the way the room will be used. From there, our team checks the structure, material preparation, assembly details, and packing notes before the order moves forward.

Our story
Our factory grew from hands-on wood product work. Sauna rooms became a natural direction because they require the same discipline: material selection, stable structure, clean fitting, surface comfort, and packing that protects the finished room on the way to the customer.
We do not treat a sauna as a single product photo. We look at the whole room: how the door opens, where people sit, where the heater sits, how panels meet, how the roof drains, how the crate is handled, and how the room will be cleaned or serviced after installation.
Our position is simple: make sauna rooms that are clear to specify, reasonable to build, and easy for buyers to explain to their own customers.

Team workflow
Sales and project staff collect the buyer role, use case, size target, wood preference, heater questions, and destination market before quoting.
The workshop prepares wood by size, surface requirement, profile, and assembly order so the room can move through production without confusion.
Workers fit panels, benches, doors, glass, trim, and heater areas against the selected model and the order notes.
The team records packing details, accessories, labels, and handover notes so the buyer can track what leaves the factory.
The same order moves through several hands. Sales keeps the model and buyer notes clear, the workshop checks the wood and fitting sequence, and packing staff keep accessories, labels, and cartons with the order. This is how we avoid treating each step as a separate job.
Design thinking
A sauna room should feel calm, but the design work is not abstract. We think about repeated heating and cooling, cleaning, user movement, ventilation, heater clearance, glass area, roof form, outdoor exposure, and whether the room can be packed without damaging the finish.
For distributors and project buyers, this means the model has to be understandable. The wood choice, size, heater space, glass layout, and accessories should be clear enough for a showroom, a hotel project, or a private-label program to use consistently.
Clean lines, usable benches, practical doors, and enough space around heater and glass areas.
Wood is chosen for touch, tone, outdoor exposure, and the atmosphere it gives the room.
Details need to be repeatable in the workshop, not only attractive in a rendering.
Model notes, packing notes, and service questions stay connected to the order.
