What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Standard catalog products: 1 unit. OEM/ODM with custom branding: 5-10 units. We work with both small retailers and large distributors – your tier is based on annual volume, not just first order.
What are the standard payment terms?
First-time orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Established partners can apply for Net 30 or Net 60 credit terms after 3 successful orders.
How long does production take?
Standard catalog products: 7-15 business days. Custom OEM orders: 30-60 business days. We confirm exact lead time in every quotation.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We quote FOB Ganzhou by default, and can arrange DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping to major US, EU, and AU ports through our logistics partners. We provide all export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate.
Can I use my own brand on the products?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM including custom logos (silk-screen or laser-engraved), branded packaging, branded owner manuals, and warranty cards. MOQ for custom branding is 5-10 units depending on complexity.
