What helps us reply faster

Include in the first message

  • Model code or product link, quantity, destination country or port, and target schedule.
  • Buyer role: importer, distributor, dealer, builder, hotel, spa, gym, or private-label program.
  • Heater preference, voltage route, wood or finish direction, glass/door needs, and packaging notes.

What we usually reply with

  • Model fit, similar options, MOQ or sample path, and questions needed before final price.
  • Heater, voltage, packing, label, manual, spare-parts, inspection, and document assumptions.
  • Next file to prepare: quote sheet, drawing check, packing list, or private-label scope.

Final dimensions, electrical files, labels, packing, and certificate scope are confirmed by order configuration. Early messages can stay simple. Send only the business details needed for sourcing review; drawings and payment documents can wait until the project scope is clear.

Send an inquiry

A short message is enough to start. Share the model, quantity, destination, voltage or heater questions, and timing if you already know them.

What happens after your first message

The first reply is used to make the sourcing discussion clearer, not to push a fixed package. Our team checks the model reference, intended use, destination market, electrical route, material direction, packing needs, and documents before we confirm which price or drawing details are ready.

    Sample or first set

We confirm the model code, visible wood direction, heater route, packaging scope, spare-parts expectation, and the notes needed before a small order is prepared.

    Mixed container

For distributor orders, we separate showroom models, repeat SKUs, accessory cartons, manuals, labels, and loading assumptions so the quotation can be reviewed line by line.

    Hotel or project

For commercial rooms, we ask for site type, approximate room size, user volume, ventilation route, electrical standard, and handover documents before drawing confirmation.

    Private label

For OEM or ODM programs, we keep logo, carton mark, manual, SKU naming, accessory mix, warranty file, and revision history together before repeat production.

    Step 01

    Scope check

We read the model link or product code first, then check quantity, market, wood choice, heater type, voltage, glass direction, packing, and target schedule. If a field is still unknown, we mark it as open instead of guessing.

    Step 02

    Factory file match

When the scope is clear, we match it with available product photos, material options, certificate records for key woods, packing notes, and similar completed models. This helps the buyer compare practical choices before a final drawing.

    Step 03

    Reply and next file

The reply may include model fit, alternatives, MOQ or sample route, heater and voltage assumptions, document availability, or the next file to prepare: quote sheet, drawing check, packing list, manual, or spare-parts list.

Early messages can stay simple. Buyer contact details and project notes are used for sourcing review with the factory team; detailed drawings, payment documents, and final certificate packages are prepared only after the order scope is clear.
