Design department use

Use the model to settle proportion before the drawing is locked.

Our design department uses the 3D layout as an early room check. It helps the buyer confirm whether the size, glass face, bench position, heater space, door direction, wall thickness, and finish direction make sense before a formal drawing is prepared. The model is not treated as a final construction drawing; it is a shared review tool so fewer details are missed in the first specification conversation.

Room size Start with the outside dimensions Width, depth, height, and wall thickness are checked first because they affect packing volume, bench length, glass width, door clearance, heater output, and container planning.
Glass and door Confirm the open side The team records the glass face, door swing, handle side, privacy level, and whether the customer needs a wider front, corner glass, or a more closed room for outdoor use.
Bench layout Check seating before production Bench depth, upper and lower levels, aisle space, and user capacity are reviewed together. A room that looks similar from outside can feel very different after the bench route changes.
Heater route Match the destination market Electric heater, controller, guard rail, cable route, and voltage are checked against the buyer market. Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia orders may require different assumptions.
Finish direction Keep material decisions visible Light wood, red cedar tone, dark exterior, roof color, wall board direction, and glass trim should be decided before the drawing file and quotation are treated as ready.
Factory file Turn notes into a clear handoff After the model review, CSauna can prepare the next file: drawing check, material option list, heater and voltage notes, packing scope, accessory list, or certificate evidence.

For custom projects, buyers can send target dimensions, a reference model, destination country, preferred wood, glass direction, heater route, and the intended use of the room. Our team then checks what can be built as a standard adjustment and what needs a dedicated drawing review.
