CSA-118 needs careful wording because wet steam and dry sauna are different project scopes.
The buyer should confirm whether a real steam generator is required or whether the title only describes a humid-use barrel sauna.
If steam is required, drain, waterproof boundary, controller, ventilation, and service access should be written into the file.
If dry sauna is selected, CSauna should remove wet-use promises from the quote and provide normal heater documents.
A two-person wet-use room still needs enough service space for cleaning and equipment checks.
The quote should separate wood shell, wet-use upgrade, steam generator, controller, glass or door, packing, and documentation.
Factory QC should show seal detail, lower wall area, bench support, equipment carton, controller, and carton labels.
The buyer should not receive a generic barrel sauna page when the project depends on waterproofing and drainage decisions.
