Use CSA-144 as the visual model reference. Final size, bench layout, heater, glass, voltage, packing, and document route are locked after the approved drawing.
Known vs. confirm before production
| Recorded for review | Model title, model code, MOQ reference, price band, product type, and image set. |
|---|---|
| Confirm with buyer | Final dimensions, material grade, heater option, glass/door direction, packing size, loading plan, labels, accessories, and destination requirements. |
| Approval step | CSauna confirms the final drawing, quotation, packing details, and order record before production starts. |

Product specification notes
CSA-144 factory review points
| Model role | modern pastel green outdoor cabin sauna with ribbed glass panels for design-led garden projects |
|---|---|
| Specification check | Confirm pastel green finish, ribbed glass panel size, privacy side, cabin footprint, roof route, heater side, bench layout, and lower-frame support. |
| Voltage / heat route | Electric heater route should include kW, voltage, controller, sensor, stones, guard, cable exit, and certificate direction after glass area is approved. |
| MOQ direction | One sample can validate color and ribbed glass, while repeat orders should lock finish code, glass supplier, heater package, roof finish, and carton labels. |
| Packing scope | Pack painted or finished wall modules, ribbed glass crates, roof parts, benches, heater package, labels, manuals, spare trim, and touch-up notes separately. |
| Certification notes | Prepare heater documents, ribbed glass specification, finish-care guidance, factory QC photos, manual language, and destination electrical requirements. |
| RFQ direction | The RFQ should include finish target, ribbed glass direction, voltage, climate, privacy need, unloading access, and private-label documentation. |
Buyer-file detail
CSA-144 production, packing, and RFQ checks
CSA-144 should explain ribbed glass as a privacy and design choice, not just a styling word.
Pastel green finish needs a photo reference because small color shifts can change the whole look.
Glass area should be reviewed with heater sizing before production is approved.
Ribbed glass crates should be photographed separately because texture and edge protection matter.
The quote should separate cabin shell, finish, ribbed glass, heater route, roof, packing, and certificate support.
Factory QC should show color close-up, ribbed glass, heater nameplate, bench support, roof edge, and carton labels.
If used in a showroom, cleaning and replacement glass notes should be included.
Final handoff should include color reference, glass specification, voltage file, packing list, and care notes.
Buyer decision sheet
CSA-144 Pastel Green Outdoor Sauna with Ribbed Glass
CSA-144 depends on two finish-sensitive features: a pastel green exterior and ribbed glass panels. Both can vary visibly if the quote lacks a controlled sample and an approved elevation. Buyers should link finish, privacy, heater load, cleaning, replacement access, and glass packing in one decision file before using the model as a showroom or repeat-order reference.
Color sample
Specify color code or physical sample, substrate, texture, sheen, coating build, UV and moisture expectation, acceptable tolerance, touch-up route, and inspection lighting. Ask for a dated production sample because screen color and photography cannot serve as the sole approval standard.
Ribbed glass
Confirm rib direction, privacy level from both sides, glass thickness and safety specification, tempered marking, edge treatment, frame finish, door hardware, opening direction, cleaning access, and replacement method. The approved drawing should distinguish fixed glass from the operating door.
Heater and electrical file
Large or textured glass areas affect heat loss. Send destination, voltage, phase, breaker limits, and controller position. CSauna can review 110-120V or 208/220-240V North American routes, 220-240V or 380-415V European routes, and 220-240V routes used across many Southeast Asian and Oceanian markets. Final kW follows the completed heat-loss review.
Outdoor detailing
Record foundation, roof drainage, exterior joint protection, cable entry, ventilation, service space, door approach, prevailing weather, and installation responsibility. If glass or finish changes after approval, repeat heater, privacy, crate, and appearance checks before releasing production.
Shipment and evidence
MOQ direction is 1 set for a standard sample; custom color, glass, logo, and packaging minimums are confirmed separately. Request the finish panel, glass specification, elevations, wiring and heater file, crate dimensions, fragile marks, CBM, manuals, labels, spare touch-up material, and inspection photos of color, glass edges, hardware, roof, and packed glass.
Send with the quote request
- Pastel green reference and tolerance
- Rib direction, privacy, and glass mark
- Door hardware and replacement access
- Destination voltage, phase, and heater kW
- Foundation, roof, and weather exposure
- Glass crate, CBM, labels, and touch-up material
Required CE, ETL, UL, glass, heater, controller, and material evidence must be confirmed against the actual order and destination. The visible design does not prove that every document applies to every CSA-144 configuration. For supplier comparison, place the approved color standard, coating build, ribbed-glass safety specification, glass area, heater kW, controller, crate count, CBM, spare touch-up material, and inspection-photo list on one sheet. This prevents a plain painted cabin or clear-glass substitute from being quoted as though it were the same product. Repeat orders should reference the signed color panel and glass orientation from the accepted sample.
