Buyer-file detail

CSA-61 production, packing, and RFQ checks

The design team checks these items before the drawing is locked. They decide whether the buyer receives a repeatable sauna model or only a good-looking sample.

  • folding hinge clearance
  • locking frame stiffness
  • floor contact pads
  • heater guard
  • transport straps
  • unloading method

CSA-61 should not be treated like a normal fixed cabin because every buyer will ask how often the room can be folded, moved, and reopened without loosening the frame.

The drawing file should show the open size, folded size, door swing, heater clearance, bench position, cable exit, and packed dimensions on the same sheet.

For outdoor use, the quotation should state whether the base timber needs pads, a raised platform, or a buyer-supplied level foundation before assembly.

The folding hardware should be photographed before packing so the distributor can explain the locking method to installers and service teams.

If the buyer wants cedar, thermo wood, hemlock, or pine, the surface finish should be confirmed together with the expected number of relocation cycles.

A sample order can be one set, but repeat ordering should wait until the buyer approves hinge tolerance, roof cover, heater voltage, label language, and carton marking.

Packing should protect moving joints separately from wall boards because pressure on hinges can create alignment complaints after long-distance shipment.

The RFQ should include destination, road access, intended movement frequency, heater route, plug or hardwire expectation, spare hardware, and after-sales file needs.

Final buyer confirmation

CSA-61 should include a folded-size photo and an open-size photo so the buyer can judge storage, display movement, and site access without guessing from the main image.

The hinge and locking positions should be checked with the installer because a movable sauna fails quickly when hardware is treated as a decorative detail.

If the buyer wants a rental or event model, CSauna should quote spare fasteners, touch-up oil, and a simple inspection routine with the first shipment.

The heater cable exit should be shown on the drawing, since frequent relocation makes loose wiring and exposed cable protection more important than on fixed cabins.

The RFQ should state whether the room will sit on decking, concrete, grass, gravel, or a temporary platform before the base support is confirmed.

A distributor sample should record how many people are needed to move or unfold the unit, because this becomes part of the sales explanation.

Packing photos should show protected corners, hinge covers, straps, and carton labels before loading so the buyer can check transport risk at arrival.

The final quote should keep folding hardware, roof cover, heater package, voltage, spare parts, and maintenance notes as separate review lines.
