Buyer decision sheet
CSA-76 4-6 Person Rounded Finnish Dry Sauna
CSA-76 is a compact rounded-wall Finnish sauna with a full glass door, external bands, interior benches, and an electric stone heater. It is a dry sauna in which users may add limited water to heated stones according to the heater instructions; it is not a plumbed steam-room or steam-generator product.
Capacity and rounded layout
Confirm whether the approved configuration is intended for four, five, or six seated users, then record internal clear dimensions, bench lengths and depths, shoulder room, step, backrest, heater guard, aisle, door clearance, and service access. Capacity must follow the signed layout because changing the rounded shell dimensions changes every internal clearance.
Wood shell and bands
List interior lining, benches, rounded wall boards, end frames, floor, exterior boards, trim, supports, and bands separately. Confirm wood species or alternatives, grade direction, knot tolerance, board profile, moisture expectation, finish sample, adhesive route, band material and adjustment method, exterior protection, maintenance interval, and replacement-board naming.
Dry-sauna heater scope
Specify the electric heater, rated kW, stone quantity, controller, sensor, guard, clearances, ventilation, lighting, cable entry, and permitted water-on-stone use. Do not quote a steam generator unless a different product scope is deliberately requested. Final kW follows the rounded internal volume, glass door, insulation, climate, and warm-up target.
Voltage and local work
Provide destination country, frequency, site voltage, phase, breaker limits, controller preference, and electrician scope. In North America, 110-120V should normally be reserved for compatible lighting or accessories; the primary heater is reviewed around 208/220-240V unless its approved data states otherwise. Review 220-240V or 380-415V European routes and compatible 220-240V routes for many Southeast Asian and Oceanian markets. The selected heater and controls must match the final electrical file and destination evidence.
Packing and approval file
MOQ direction is 1 set for a standard sample; custom shell size, wood, glass, heater, logo, and packing minimums are confirmed separately. Request the signed rounded-shell and bench drawing, wood and finish schedule, glass specification, heater and wiring file, band instructions, numbered packing list, crate dimensions, CBM, labels, manual, spare boards and hardware, and inspection photos of shell alignment, band positions, glass door, benches, heater clearances, and packed parts.
Send with the quote request
- Signed 4-, 5-, or 6-person bench layout
- Rounded shell profile, wood grade, and band system
- Electric heater kW, stones, guard, and ventilation
- Destination voltage, phase, frequency, and controller
- Dry-sauna scope clearly separated from steam generator
- Numbered crates, CBM, manual, spares, and QC photos
Required heater, controller, glass, electrical, CE, ETL, UL, SAA, or other destination evidence must match the exact CSA-76 order. The signed layout, electrical schedule, and dry-sauna heater file should remain together so quotation, production, installation, and repeat orders use the same configuration.
Order approval note
Confirm the 4-6 person layout before heater selection
The capacity label is a planning range, not a substitute for a signed bench drawing. Our design department records the expected number of seated users, bench tiers, door swing, heater guard, circulation space and heated volume before the heater and packing file are released.
Factory acceptance evidence
Before packing, request one front view, one side view and one clear interior view showing benches, heater guard, door swing, controller or sensor position and ventilation points. The packing record should connect those photos to the model code, crate numbers, heater package, manual and spare-hardware list. This gives the buyer, installer and factory the same reference when the room arrives or a repeat order is placed.
