CSA-108 2-8 Person Custom Outdoor Wood Sauna Room
CSA-108 is a configurable outdoor-room reference rather than one fixed stock size. A useful quotation must turn the requested 2-8 person capacity into a controlled drawing, material schedule, heater file, and packing plan. The buyer should therefore approve the following points together instead of selecting capacity from the title alone.
Capacity and drawing
State the expected seated users, exterior footprint, internal clear space, bench length and levels, door swing, glass direction, and entry side. A larger capacity changes heater sizing, bench support, panel count, crate volume, and installation access, so the approved drawing becomes the production reference.
Wood and finish
Separate the interior wood, exterior cladding, bench material, and exposed trim in the quote file. Confirm species, grade direction, knot tolerance, surface tone, oil or stain route, exterior weather protection, adhesive requirement, and an approved color sample before repeat production.
Voltage and heater power
Give the destination country, site supply, phase, and preferred controller. CSauna can plan around 110-120V or 208/220-240V routes for North America, 220-240V or 380-415V routes for Europe, and 220-240V routes commonly used in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Final heater kW follows room volume, glass area, insulation, climate, and recovery-time target.
Site handoff
Provide the base type, drainage approach, outdoor exposure, snow or rain condition, service clearance, cable entry, ventilation expectation, and delivery path. Confirm whether the room arrives as panels or larger modules and whether local lifting equipment or restricted-access handling is required.
Packing and evidence
Current catalog direction is MOQ 1 set for a standard sample; OEM branding, custom finish, and packaging can carry separate minimums. Request the panel or module packing plan, glass protection, crate dimensions, CBM, labels, manual language, wiring diagram, heater documents, production photos, and final inspection record.
