Buyer decision sheet

CSA-257 Curved Outdoor Sauna Room with Glass Front

CSA-257 combines a curved weather shell with a wide glazed front, a side-hinged glass door, tiered benches, and an electric heater position near the facade. The buyer file must lock the shell sequence and glazing geometry before heater selection and packing are finalized.

Curved shell schedule

Approve exterior length, width and height, internal clear size, curve radius, wall and roof build-up, panel or rib sequence, base rails, end-frame geometry, exterior shingle or weather layer, edge trim, drainage, and replacement-part naming. Every curved component should use the same number in the drawing, packing list, crate label, and installation manual.

Front glass and door

Confirm fixed-glass width, door width and handing, glass thickness and safety standard, frame and hinge finish, seals, threshold, privacy expectation, transport protection, and replacement access. A larger glass front affects heat loss, heater kW, shipping risk, and crate size, so it cannot be approved as an isolated cosmetic change.

Bench, heater, and ventilation

Show upper and lower bench dimensions, step, backrest, guard, heater and sensor clearances, controller position, ventilation path, lighting, cable entry, and service zone on one internal elevation. In North America, 110-120V should normally be limited to compatible lighting or accessories; the primary heater is reviewed around 208/220-240V unless its approved file states otherwise. Review 220-240V or 380-415V European routes and compatible 220-240V routes for many Southeast Asian and Oceanian destinations after the final curved volume and glass area are calculated.

Outdoor site handoff

Record foundation level, base support spacing, anchoring, water runoff, snow or wind exposure, exterior maintenance, power entry, external disconnect, service clearance, unloading route, and local installer scope. The factory drawing should identify which weather seals and flashing parts are supplied and which site interfaces remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Packing and model evidence

MOQ direction is 1 set for a standard sample; custom radius, glass, finish, logo, and packing minimums are confirmed separately. Request the final curved-panel map, glass specification, heater and controller file, wiring diagram, finish sample, numbered crate list, glass crate, dimensions, CBM, labels, manual, spare seals and trim, plus inspection photos of shell alignment, glass edges, door operation, bench fit, heater clearance, roof layer, and packed components.

Send with the quote request

  • Curve radius and numbered shell sequence
  • Glass size, door handing, seals, and safety mark
  • Bench, heater, guard, sensor, and ventilation elevation
  • Destination voltage, phase, heater kW, and controls
  • Foundation, anchoring, runoff, and service entry
  • Glass crate, curved-panel bundles, CBM, spares, and QC photos

Certification evidence must be configuration-specific. Required heater, controller, glass, electrical, material, CE, ETL, UL, SAA, or other destination files should be named in the CSA-257 request before production approval. The signed curve and glazing drawing is the controlling reference for quotation, manufacturing, packing, and repeat orders.
